CSI Partners with HuLoop to Enhance Efficiency for Banks through AI Automation

Financial technology, regulatory technology, and cybersecurity solutions provider CSI has partnered with HuLoop, an AI-driven, code-free automation platform provider, to aid banks in enhancing operational efficiency. This collaboration will showcase CSI’s NuPoint Core Banking System to financial institutions, aiming to assist them in managing accounts, transactions, and various banking functions.

NuPoint users will gain access to HuLoop’s Work Intelligence platform, tailored for community and regional banks, designed to help these institutions tackle regulatory burdens and operational costs.

In the banking sector, challenges persist due to customer onboarding and document-intensive workloads that often lead to errors and approval delays. Additionally, employee burnout from repetitive, low-value tasks in stringent compliance environments can strain staff resources.

HuLoop’s approach integrates human and AI capabilities, allowing intelligent software agents to handle routine and monotonous tasks. Todd P. Michaud, representative of HuLoop, emphasizes that the “human-in-the-loop” design aims to augment work rather than replace it. Community banks and credit unions face pressure to expand without a proportionate increase in headcount. By integrating HuLoop into CSI’s NuPoint ecosystem, institutions can swiftly and securely deploy AI automation while adhering to regulatory standards.

HuLoop’s code-free platform enables banks to streamline banking operations by unifying productivity discovery, process automation, workflow orchestration, document processing, and automated testing within lending and collection workflows.
