Cutting Water and Energy Waste: A Look at Tech-Driven Sustainability Strategies for Global Efficiency

According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), electric motor systems – which power pumps, fans, and compressors worldwide – account for over 40% of global electricity consumption. The global water crisis is escalating, with only one-third of river basins experiencing normal conditions predicted for the year 2024. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) warns that global demand will exceed freshwater supply by 40% by 2030.
